📋 Description

• Define ways of working, govern implementation, and ensure initiatives move successfully from concept to execution. • Govern and orchestrate the delivery of customer experience initiatives across the company’s portfolio, ensuring alignment between design intent and implementation. • Define and endorse scopes for experimentation of new initiatives. • Manage complex programs, executive governance forums, risks and dependencies, stakeholder coordination, and benefits realization. • Coordinate across operations, digital, engineering, marketing, procurement, and CX functions while maintaining delivery discipline and governance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Transformation Delivery, or Operational Governance. • Strong experience managing complex programs, executive governance forums, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination, and benefits realization. • Ability to work across operations, digital, engineering, marketing, procurement, and CX functions while maintaining delivery discipline and governance standards. • Ideal backgrounds include CX Program Manager, Transformation Manager, PMO Lead, Portfolio Manager, or Operations Transformation Lead, with experience in large-scale network rollouts and enterprise change initiatives.
