• Gather and analyze business requirements for marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives. • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. • Lead campaign planning, customer journey design, segmentation, and personalization strategies. • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, and business teams to optimize customer communications. • Support user training, documentation, and platform best practices. • Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget modules, including: • Email Studio • Automation Studio • Journey Builder • Contact Builder • Mobile Studio • Triggered Sends • Develop dynamic and personalized communications using: • AMPscript • SSJS • HTML/CSS • SQL • Build and maintain automations, triggered campaigns, data extensions, and reusable templates. • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize campaign performance. • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, APIs, external databases, and third-party applications. • Manage subscriber data, segmentation logic, suppression lists, and audience targeting. • Support data migration, synchronization, and ETL processes. • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with marketing standards. • Execute and monitor email and multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Perform QA testing and validate campaign accuracy before deployment. • Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies. • Support A/B testing and reporting activities. • Serve as the bridge between technical and business teams. • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing. • Participate in architecture discussions and solution recommendations. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and governance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / ExactTarget. • Strong techno-functional expertise in marketing automation platforms. • Proven experience with: • Journey Builder • Automation Studio • Contact Builder • Email Studio • SQL • AMPscript • API integrations • Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations and customer data management. • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and campaign execution. • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
