📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from role intake and sourcing to candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and successful placement • Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates and hard-to-find technical talent across global markets • Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance talent discovery, streamline recruitment workflows, and improve hiring efficiency • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and hiring managers, providing insights into talent availability, market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies • Maintain a strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, data, cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure • Ensure a positive candidate journey, manage expectations, and lead offer discussions and negotiations • Track recruitment KPIs, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and continuously improve hiring processes through data-driven insights and technology adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a technology company, recruitment agency, outsourcing provider, or RPO environment • Proven track record of successfully hiring for complex technical positions across competitive talent markets • Strong experience in innovative sourcing strategies, Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement • Hands-on experience using AI-powered recruitment tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness and recruitment efficiency • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and relevant talent markets • Experience partnering with clients and hiring managers and independently managing multiple recruitment projects • Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills • A proactive, data-driven mindset with a strong interest in recruitment innovation and continuous improvement
