📋 Description

• Create and maintain project plans based on requirements documents for fixed-cost or progressive projects. • Manage scrum teams, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members. • Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Follow Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings. • Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for various stakeholders. • Ensure efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders. • Collaborate with business analysts to develop documentation and technical guides for end users. • Promote company and project standards in all deliverables. • Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings. • Communicate with other TPMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in the Fintech Industry. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Delivery oriented and multi-tasking skills. • Strong communication and reporting skills. • Problem solving and leadership skills.
