• Create and manage Sponsored Product and Display campaigns using internal templates. Understand various ad types and align campaigns with specific performance goals. • Monitor campaign performance metrics (ACoS, impressions, etc.), make manual bid and budget adjustments, and recommend strategies such as contextual targeting to improve results. • Confidently manage multiple accounts. Support client-facing teams by preparing reports, responding to basic requests via the Brand Manager, and contributing to the execution of client marketing plans. • Track and interpret key performance indicators including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR. Understand and navigate campaign dashboards to provide actionable insights. • Understand the purpose of A/B testing, monitor ongoing tests, run experiments, and provide clear reporting on test outcomes. • Automate reporting processes and bid adjustments. Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance efficiency and share automation best practices with the team. • Conduct basic keyword research, utilize suggested terms, and apply negative keyword strategies to refine targeting. • Communicate effectively and consistently deliver high-quality work. Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in meetings, team chats, and initiatives.
• 2+ Years of Hands on Amazon PPC Management Experience • Strong with Excel, Google Sheets & Data Analytics • Experience with Retail Media (Walmart, and TikTok Ads), Retail Media Ads, or Social Ads is a plus.
