📋 Description

• Organization and control of documents: Maintain physical and digital contract files, update information and organize documents required for contract management. • Registration and data updates: Register and update clients and contracts in the company’s internal systems. • Monitoring deadlines and expirations: Track contract deadlines, expirations, renewals and extensions. • Communication: Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding pending items, approvals and contract status. • Support in contract drafting and review: Assist in drafting, reviewing and organizing contracts with clients, suppliers and partners, assessing clauses and risks involved in accordance with current laws to ensure legal and internal compliance. • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and internal policies. • Support the team in interactions with external legal counsel when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law in progress (from the 8th semester) or completed. • Experience with contracts. • Previous experience in a legal department at tax consulting and technology companies. • Basic knowledge of civil, corporate and tax law. • Basic knowledge of procurement processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
