âą Previous experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies âą Tax expertise: solid knowledge of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS) and ancillary filing obligations (SPEDs, EFD, GIA) âą Comfortable with integrations (APIs) and data import/export (JSON/CSV) âą Familiarity with ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle) âą Proficiency with metrics such as Churn, MRR, NPS, and expansion âą Ability to use Excel/BI tools to demonstrate the product's ROI to clients.
