📋 Description

• Monitor account health through KPIs (Health Score), anticipating risks and identifying opportunities for improvement • Act as a "translator" between the engineering team and the end customer, suggesting product improvements based on real tax pain points • Conduct strategic meetings to present results, cost savings achieved, and align with regulatory changes • Create content and training to help users master technical features and tax-related updates of the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies • Tax expertise: solid knowledge of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ISS) and tax reporting obligations (SPEDs, EFD, GIA) • Comfort with integrations (APIs), data import/export (JSON/CSV), and familiarity with ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle) • Proficiency with metrics such as Churn, MRR, NPS and expansion • Data analysis: ability to work with Excel/BI tools to demonstrate the product's ROI to customers
