📋 Description

• Structure and organize the company’s critical knowledge (Sales, CS, Strategy, Product) • Transform meetings, documents and content into organized, context-ready materials • Create and evolve frameworks, models and operational playbooks • Define documentation, organization and information-update standards • Ensure consistency and reliability of available knowledge • Structure content and contexts for use in Artificial Intelligence • Actively use AI tools in day-to-day work for analysis, synthesis and content generation • Work closely with business teams to capture and translate knowledge • Identify and eliminate redundancies, inconsistencies and rework • Build simple automations and integrations to facilitate information flow between systems • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s organizational systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience organizing and structuring knowledge • Strong ability to synthesize information and write clearly • Experience creating models, standards and playbooks • Ability to structure information for practical daily use • Active use of generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini or similar) • Experience with documentation and organization tools (such as Notion, Google Docs or similar) • Experience with no-code and low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.) for process automation • Ability to perform basic integrations between systems (e.g., CRM, task management, document systems) • Good understanding of business processes
