📋 Description

• Lead the implementation project from kick-off through hypercare • Assess the client’s as-is procurement, goods receipt, and manifest processes and design the to-be processes • Manage and defend the scope boundaries • Manage relationships with the client’s functional and technical teams, integrators, and partner consulting firms • Configure and validate the Connector’s MM touchpoints • Prepare functional specifications for developments • Map the event-based accounting configuration cockpit together with the FI consultant and the client • Ensure the design complies with the requirements of the Tax Reform • Design and execute unit and integration test scenarios, including evidence and acceptance criteria • Lead client acceptance testing, cutover, and the 30-day hypercare period • Deliver a reusable standard configuration manual and executable package • Participate in the ERP Integrations Daily and relay gaps, recurring requests, and standardization opportunities to the Product team • Support pre-sales activities by estimating effort, identifying prerequisites, and demonstrating the workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP MM • Comprehensive knowledge of the procure-to-pay cycle in SAP • Experience with Brazil Localization • Clear understanding of the impacts of the Tax Reform (Complementary Law 214/2025) on the procurement cycle, including IBS/CBS, Split Payment, collection by the acquirer, non-cumulativity, and credit contingent on tax collection • Experience preparing functional specifications for Z developments • Previous experience leading a workstream or project for a large enterprise client, including planning, risk management, scope management, and executive reporting • Experience with SAP integrations with other systems • Communication skills and the ability to explain tax rules to IT teams and system rules to tax professionals • S/4HANA (on-premise or Public Cloud) — preferred • Knowledge of SAP FI (accounts payable, account determination, and event-based accounting configuration) and SD for outbound operations — preferred • Experience working at a product or SaaS company, with a practice of feeding field insights back into the roadmap — preferred • Technical English for reading SAP documentation — preferred • Previous participation in Tax Reform compliance projects, including NF-e and NFS-e technical notes with IBS/CBS, the UB field group, and cClassTrib — preferred
