📋 Description

• Tax Credit Recovery: Identification and calculation of IRPJ/CSLL credits and management of negative balances, as well as tax loss carryforwards. • Consulting and Tax Planning: Development of strategies to optimize the tax burden and determine the most appropriate tax regimes. • Direct Taxes Compliance: Review of Lucro Real / Lucro Presumido calculations and validation of taxable additions and exclusions. • Ancillary Obligations: Preparation and strategic review of ECF and ECD filings. • Support for Tax Audits: Preparation of administrative defenses, tax consultations and requests for special regimes. • Tax Tech: Technical support in the development and parameterization of tax solutions. • Soft skills: Technical leadership of tax consulting projects, direct client interaction and technical coordination of teams in deliveries and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or Economics. • Experience: Solid experience in tax consulting with a focus on direct taxes (IRPJ/CSLL). • Technical Knowledge: Mastery of Lucro Real, LALUR/LACS and related legislation (Law 12.973/2014 and Decree 9.580/2018). • Tools: Excel for modeling and tax reconciliation. • Differentials: Data analytics — knowledge of Power BI applied to the tax area. • Languages: Technical English for reporting and analysis of international tax treaties. • Accounting: Knowledge of deferred taxes (CPC 32 / IAS 12).
