📋 Description

• Lead the technical and operational strategy for the PIS/COFINS practice • Ensure deep technical expertise, legal certainty, innovation in tax positions, and consistent value delivery to clients • Provide technical leadership on strategic PIS/COFINS projects • Develop and validate new tax positions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law or Accounting • Postgraduate specialization in Tax Law is a significant plus • Solid experience at major consulting or law firms and/or a Big Four firm • Proven track record in strategic PIS/COFINS projects, both in advisory work and strategic litigation
