📋 Description

• Lead the social security department • Coordinate the technical team • Serve as the technical reference for social security matters • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables • Identify opportunities for cost savings and recovery of social security credits

🎯 Requirements

• Lead the social security area, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency and value delivery to clients through project management • Coordinate the technical team (analysts and consultants), fostering development and high performance • Act as the technical reference on social security topics (INSS, social security contributions, offsets/compensations, reviews, planning, and recovery opportunities) • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, risk mitigation and adherence to deadlines • Identify opportunities for cost savings and recovery of social security credits • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes • Implement process improvements and efficiency gains

🏖️ Benefits

• Bachelor’s degree (Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields) • Solid experience in corporate social security • Prior experience in team management • Deep knowledge of social security legislation and obligations • Experience with offsets/compensation, credit recovery or social security planning is a plus • Postgraduate degree or specialization in the area is a plus
