📋 Description

• Support the TMO in leading organizational and tax transformation projects, with a focus on Tax Reform, compliance, and operational efficiency; • Participate in interviews with business areas (finance, tax, procurement, logistics, e‑commerce, etc.) to map processes and identify impacts; • Structure and document action plans, schedules, and deliverables using PMO methodologies (using Jira, Monday, or similar tools); • Consolidate information and prepare executive reports, presentations, and status reports for committees and executive leadership; • Support the preparation of technical and strategic diagnostics on the impacts of Tax Reform (IBS/CBS, Split Payment, credits, pricing, etc.); • Contribute to the standardization of project templates, forms, and checklists; • Ensure alignment between ROIT areas (Tax, Tech, PMO) and client stakeholders; • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support governance of deadlines, risks, and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in tax consulting; • Experience with Tax Reform projects; • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields; • Prior experience in transformation projects, consulting, PMO, or change management; • Good understanding of tax and business processes; • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
