📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert • Manage complex client engagements and day-to-day client relationships • Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios • Configure HRIS modules according to best practices and optimization goals • Act as a trusted advisor and proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables • Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness • Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants • Document and share module best practices and lessons learned • Informally lead small project teams when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution • 4–7 years of HRIS experience • Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules, including Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills • Required SAP SuccessFactors Certification
