📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert • Manage complex client engagements and day-to-day client relationships • Mentor junior team members and may informally lead small project teams • Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios • Configure HRIS modules in accordance with best practices and optimize configurations • Act as a trusted advisor and proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables • Review junior team members' configurations for accuracy and completeness • Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants • Document and share module best practices and lessons learned • Design scalable, integrated solution architectures • Educate clients and propose improvements aligned with their goals • Align stakeholders, manage expectations, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery • Drive change with a positive mindset and resilience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution • 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc) • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills • SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required)
