📋 Description

• Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications • Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices • Configure and test modules to meet client requirements • Perform or support data migration activities as required • Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review • Collect and process feedback to drive system changes • Deliver end-user training on different modules • Prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation • Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs • Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback • Document clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance • Configure and troubleshoot with growing confidence • Lead workshops and extract insights from discussions • Manage own responsibilities with minimal reminders • Review work carefully and reduce avoidable mistakes • Balance client requests with solution feasibility • Analyze root causes and propose solutions for common issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution • 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills • Workday Integration Certification (required)
