📋 Description

• Cross-functional support for emerging matters and projects • Preparation of correspondence, for example with partners, as well as compiling and following up on relevant matters • Comprehensive research on specific legal issues and projects • Support for the Legal Team in negotiations and contract management • Contributing to the ongoing development of policies, guidelines, and processes, particularly in areas such as compliance and risk management • Drafting, reviewing, and assessing contracts, summaries, presentations, legal opinions, statements, and other legal documents in German and English • Serving as a point of contact for internal departments and preparing initial internal recommendations on legal matters

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business law, law, or a related field, or completed training as a Legal and Notary Assistant • Initial experience or internships in a company or law firm is preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and all commonly used MS applications • Structured, conscientious, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working • Ability to work independently, reliability, initiative, high level of commitment, and motivation • Interest in handling legal matters and developing solutions in a business context • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills
