• Legal and project-related tax advice for an exciting client base in the NPO sector • Handling projects of various sizes (e.g., establishing subsidiaries and supporting conversion processes) • Preparing expert opinions, legal opinions and solution proposals for clients • Drafting articles of association, rules of procedure and contracts • Assessing and reviewing complex legal and tax matters • Regular exchange and feedback within the legal department and interdisciplinary collaboration with the tax department • Establishing your own advisory profile in the core area of expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Admission to the bar • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a law-firm environment • Specialist lawyer qualification or dual qualification as a tax advisor • Familiarity with the main topics of nonprofit status and tax law • Experience working with complex contractual structures • Experience in direct client contact and independent case/matter management • Commitment and a friendly, confident manner • Team player with an independent, structured and meticulous working style
