📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the Benelux region • Understand customer operations, technical needs, and long-term goals • Work closely with engineering teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements • Deliver demos and technical presentations explaining complex technologies • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities • Prepare proposals and quotations • Provide hands-on technical support and product training for customers • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives • Travel throughout the region for customer visits, site assessments, and industry events • Keep CRM activities organized and up to date • Continuously develop technical knowledge • Collaborate with Sales Colleges in Germany, Product Management, and Business Development

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or a comparable customer-facing technical role • Familiarity with CPI segments, including Data Centers, Marine, Pharma, and Food & Beverage • Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Commercial instincts, including negotiation and opportunity development • Confident communication and presentation skills • Track record of building long-term customer relationships • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office • Fluent in English, plus Dutch or French • Already based in the Benelux region • EU passport or valid work permit • Willingness to travel across the region • Self-driven, organized, and able to thrive in a team environment • Flexible, open-minded, and ready to adapt quickly
