📋 Description

• Plan a weekly content calendar based on product launches, campaigns, and trends • Write hooks, captions, and story scripts in clean English • Create short-form video concepts and deliver edited reels • Repurpose content across formats • Schedule posts and manage community engagement • Track performance weekly and improve based on results • Deliver 4 to 6 short-form videos per week • Deliver 6 to 10 stories per week • Deliver 2 to 4 static posts or carousels per week • Provide a weekly performance recap with adjustments for the following week

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio with short form video examples • Taste level that fits premium retail and interiors • Ability to shoot from stock assets and provided footage • Ability to source UGC style clips • Basic editing skills in CapCut or Premiere • Clear written English • Reliable weekly cadence • Must meet weekly delivery deadlines • Availability for Pacific time overlap for 2-3 meetings per week • Portfolio links with 3 relevant reels created and edited • Links to 2 to 4 social accounts managed or contributed to • Short note describing ownership, design style, editing, posting cadence, and engagement or growth results • Proposed monthly fee and weekly availability
