📋 Description

• Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van relaties met bestaande klanten • Actief bouwen aan nieuwe samenwerkingen met rundvee- en geitenhouders • Klanten overtuigen van de meerwaarde van producten en commerciële deals realiseren • Onderhandelen en tot resultaten komen, ook onder druk • Vraag en aanbod effectief op elkaar afstemmen in een aanbod gestuurde markt • Samenwerken met collega’s uit sales, logistiek en productie • Ontwikkelingen en klantcontacten vastleggen in het CRM-systeem • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van commerciële thema’s zoals vloeibaar voeren en silo-verkoop • Samenwerking en kennisuitwisseling tussen Nederland en België versterken • Fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner • Doorgroeien naar een back-uprol voor verkoopleiders in Nederland en België

🎯 Requirements

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de agribusiness of commercie • Kennis van en/of sterke affiniteit met de rundveesector en bekend met werken op de boer • Minimaal enkele jaren commerciële werkervaring • Ambitie om jezelf te ontwikkelen richting een bredere commerciële of leidinggevende rol • Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van team en organisatie • Makkelijk schakelen tussen de praktijk op de boer en bredere commerciële vraagstukken • Sterk in communicatie en samenwerking • Engels en/of Frans als pré
