📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution for complex engineering projects, end-to-end • Facilitate agile planning and execution practices, adapting the process to the needs of each team and project • Coordinate delivery across multiple disciplines, including full-stack, Computer Vision, machine learning, mobile, DevOps, and QA • Track project health, KPIs, delivery commitments, and key risks, providing clear status reports to stakeholders • Identify process gaps and improve workflows • Help standardise planning, tracking, release, and reporting practices • Support continuous improvement across project management • Work closely with Software Development Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into executable plans, manage dependencies and risks, and provide visibility into delivery progress

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience in project management, technical program management, or engineering delivery roles • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering delivery practices • Experience with development planning and tracking platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar • Experience defining and tracking development KPIs, delivery metrics, release plans, and resource allocation • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and involving multiple teams • Strong planning, organisation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability • Fluency in Spanish and English • Legally entitled to work in Mexico • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications highly regarded • Experience coordinating customer-facing or enterprise integration projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders highly regarded • Experience in mining, construction, autonomous systems, or other industrial technology environments highly regarded
