📋 Description

• Support business initiatives and run projects focused on increasing sales efficiency • Support salespeople with data, insights, research, and presentations • Provide industry, market, and prospect-based research • Create and develop sales tools • Perform CRM audits and prepare and generate reports of current sales activity • Cooperate with marketing and other organizational areas to increase sales efficiency • Coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve desired results • Conduct analysis, identify process gaps, and provide workflow optimization solutions • Develop sales and marketing materials with vertical-specific expertise • Maintain and develop existing processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical problem solving skills • Capability to work independently and proactively • Experience in sales enablement roles: sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, market research • Ability to communicate information and conclusions clearly and effectively • Very well-developed logical and analytical thinking skills • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to manage priorities within a matrix organization • Excellent presentation skills • Strong organizational skills • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Slides / Docs • Entrepreneurial spirit • Knowledge and/or experience in digital and programmatic would be advantageous
