📋 Description

• Implement market development strategies • Identify new partnership opportunities and convert them into RTB House clients • Elevate client relationships and execute customer communications at all business levels • Own and implement the go-to-market strategy for performance solutions • Generate direct sales across the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure • Identify sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers on SEA markets • Develop relationships with key stakeholders of brands and agencies • Expand RTB House’s portfolio of new clients • Participate in product and offer presentations and pitches • Analyze sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to achieve growth • Partner with technical and account management teams • Communicate with customers by telephone or email • Create formal offers and present them to potential customers • Deliver customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction • Report on sales process status for existing and potential customers • Develop professional and technical knowledge through training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of the online advertising industry including major recent trends • Existing, meaningful relationships within ecommerce clients in the SEA market • Knowledge of RTB model will be an asset • Ideally 3+ years of successful sales experience in performance marketing • Ideally 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment • University degree • Great analytical skills • Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills • Fluency in English • Business level Thai is a plus but not a must
