📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off • Prepare enterprise customers for deployment, establish success criteria, track deliverables, set targets, manage resources, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies • Resolve issues autonomously before escalation • Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for customer executives, internal Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales teams, and third-party partners • Execute quality control throughout project lifecycles • Help build, refine, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, project methodologies, and KPIs • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to operational efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction • Establish best practices for engagements, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and project health reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a Professional Services or Consulting organization • Previous experience managing customers from Financial Services, Government, and Healthcare industries • Track record managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment • Ability to work autonomously, exercising strong judgment and decision-making in ambiguous, high-pressure customer situations • Expert knowledge of modern project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Asana, as well as Google Workspace • Fluent written and spoken German and English is required • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Recognised credentials such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications, or Lean frameworks are good to have • Technical background or foundational knowledge in Data Management, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Protection, Enterprise Storage, Cybersecurity, or SaaS delivery is a plus • Financial acumen regarding professional services metrics is a plus • Experience contributing to PMO governance practices is a plus
