📋 Description

• Work with the SAP SD module on support activities, incident resolution, enhancements, and/or implementation projects • Support sales, logistics, transportation, returns, and goods return processes • Gather and analyze requirements with business teams • Prepare blueprints, scope documentation, and functional specifications • Participate in unit and integration testing, supporting the identification and resolution of issues • Work on processes related to the issuance of electronic invoices (NF-e) and the implementation of Technical Notes published by SEFAZ • Analyze and resolve incidents and enhancement requests • Work with interfaces and integrations between SAP and other systems • Perform analysis using the debugger • Work with objects and tools such as IDoc, BAPI, SHDB, and LSMW • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes • Provide integrated support for business processes, ensuring that solutions meet the company’s needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SD, working with support, incidents, enhancements, and/or implementation projects • Proven experience with SAP SD Brazil localization • Proven experience with Tax Reform • Strong knowledge of Logistics and Transportation processes • Advanced knowledge of NF-e processes and SEFAZ Technical Notes • Knowledge of sales, returns, and goods return processes • Knowledge of the main SAP SD module tables • Experience with interfaces and integrations • Knowledge of IDoc, BAPI, SHDB, and LSMW • Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications • Knowledge of business processes • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, International Trade, Production Engineering, or a related field • Advanced Spanish is desirable • Knowledge of Warehouse Management (WM) is a plus • Knowledge of GRC/PI Outbound is a plus • Knowledge of tax and fiscal processes is a plus • Experience with other SAP SD-related integration processes is a plus • Advanced English
