📋 Description
• Lead compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact through resolution • Engage directly with customers and internal teams • Manage software licensing discussions via email, phone, and virtual meetings • Negotiate with business stakeholders in Brazil • Convert non-compliant users into licensed customers • Analyze investigation data and evaluate scenarios • Prepare detailed reports • Track lead activities accurately in the CRM • Document workflows and share knowledge • Help improve engagement strategies for the Brazilian market
🎯 Requirements
• Must be based in Brazil • 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement • Fluent English, written and spoken • Fluent Portuguese • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets • Experience using CRM systems to track KPIs • Resilient, persuasive, negotiation-savvy, and able to work independently • Submit a CV in English
