📋 Description

• Manage standard translation projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, quotes, budgets and workflow execution • Handle essential administrative tasks and identify risks to ensure smooth delivery • Serve as day-to-day client contact with senior project manager support • Provide client updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support account initiatives, process improvements, forecasting and team knowledge sharing • Deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality expectations • Produce reporting and post-mortems • Ensure resources are briefed and equipped • Support compliance and CAPA requirements • Work under APGM supervision while exercising independent judgment • Take responsibility for professional growth and contribute to team knowledge exchange

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of project coordination experience (localization or similar) • 1 year of customer service/account management experience • Growing understanding of translation project workflows and standard operational practices • Clear and professional communication • Strong organization and planning skills • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to provide guidance to others • Ability to resolve issues efficiently • High quality and attention to detail • Proactive, client-focused, collaborative and reliable • Ability to support junior colleagues when needed • Desired: Fluency in an additional language • Desired: Familiarity with CAT tools and custom workflows • Desired: A relevant four-year degree or equivalent
