📋 Description

• Support the Translation and Resourcing teams in delivering high-quality, on-time translation projects • Coordinate translation projects and resourcing activities • Learn and apply translation processes, policies, and tools such as Trados Studio • Perform file analysis and preparation • Send prepared project information to translators • Contact qualified linguistic resources • Apply best practices and processes to translation projects • Build relationships with internal and external team members • Clarify requirements and provide timely updates

🎯 Requirements

• Full Professional Proficiency in English (mandatory) • Degree in Translation, Languages, Administration and similar, or experience in Project Management or Administrative Assistance • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines • Working knowledge of translation functions, processes, policies, and tools such as Trados Studio • Recent translation graduates or workers with administrative or project management experience may apply
