📋 Description

• Turn creative concepts and static artwork into dynamic animations and engaging visual experiences • Produce motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, compositing, and other visual effects for a variety of digital content • Partner with video editors, designers, and other members of the creative team to bring projects from concept to final delivery • Adapt and animate existing visual assets while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines • Create flexible animation systems, templates, and reusable assets that can streamline future creative work • Collaborate with designers using Figma to understand layouts, visual direction, and design intent • Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions that improve the quality and impact of digital content • Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of execution

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in Motion Graphics, Motion Design, Animation, or a similar creative discipline • Solid knowledge of animation fundamentals, including timing, rhythm, transitions, composition, and movement • Experience creating visual content for social media, digital campaigns, video, or branded experiences • Familiarity with Figma and the ability to work from existing design files and layouts • Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with an understanding of how motion can support storytelling and communication • Comfortable working collaboratively with designers, editors, and other creative professionals • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work in a remote environment • A portfolio that showcases motion work, animation, and creative visual storytelling
