📋 Description

• Take ownership of client success across NetSuite ERP and custom engagements • Liaise with clients to maintain business relationships and keep projects on schedule • Manage stakeholders, expectations, resource alignment, and conflicting priorities • Ensure adherence to Plative delivery structure and project management methodology • Deliver strategic business and project reviews to educate clients on proposed solutions • Report on budget ownership, project status, risk management, and issue escalation • Coordinate IT project teams to incorporate business requirements into design specifications, multi-platform integrations, and data transfers • Resolve and manage escalations as a client advocate to ensure client satisfaction • Manage NetSuite projects including implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and SFDC build-out • Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Full, life-cycle implementation experience with NetSuite across multiple industry verticals • 3+ years Project Management experience within a consulting environment • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations • Demonstrated expertise in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting • Solid understanding of Quality Management principles and practices • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT or MBA (preferred) • Delivered numerous complex NetSuite projects (preferred) • CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications (preferred)
