📋 Description

• Produce 12–15 video ad concepts per week, with 3 variations per concept • Edit direct-response ads using strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention-focused techniques • Apply retention strategies to keep viewers engaged and improve ad performance • Collaborate with creative strategists to develop and execute concepts • Test creative variations and refine edits based on performance feedback

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of video editing experience • Must actively ski and have personal skiing experience • Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and retention-focused editing • Ability to produce multiple creative concepts and variations consistently • Strong communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with creative strategists • Proactive mindset and attention to detail • Willingness to take feedback • Bonus: Experience editing ads for hardware, sporting goods, outdoor, or gear brands • Bonus: Strong understanding of performance creative and paid social advertising
