📋 Description

• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce Service Cloud • Implement system enhancements and platform improvements with the Senior Salesforce Administrator • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation flows • Manage user accounts, permissions, and role-based access controls • Provide frontline user support, troubleshooting, and responses to support requests • Gather and document business requirements with operations and support teams • Maintain data quality and integrity through monitoring, cleanup, and governance • Support testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce updates and new features • Configure and monitor AI-powered capabilities such as Agentforce agents and service automation workflows • Define, test, monitor, and troubleshoot MuleSoft integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, Workday, and other business platforms • Document system configurations, processes, and user guides • Maintain awareness of Sales Cloud processes and data structures

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred • Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud environments • Knowledge of AWS Telephony platform for inbound and outbound contact handling • Working knowledge of MuleSoft integration capabilities, connectors, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and flow monitoring • Basic familiarity with Sales Cloud concepts and objects • Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards • Exposure to Salesforce Flow or automation tools preferred • Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein AI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
