📋 Description

• Shape and champion Salesforce’s industry technology point of view through original perspectives, published content, and executive presentations • Connect industry trends and disruptions with measurable business value • Represent Salesforce as an industry technology expert at events, forums, executive roundtables, and customer presentations • Create reusable industry assets and guidance and mentor technical teams • Build and sustain trusted C-level relationships with key ASEAN customers • Advise customers on investment, enterprise architecture, and transformation while building preference for Salesforce • Partner with sales and solution engineering on major opportunities, business cases, and executive engagement • Represent ASEAN customer needs to Salesforce Product Management and shape product roadmaps and development • Build industry solutions, demos, and AI prototypes with technical teams • Monitor Salesforce’s competitive landscape and customer market dynamics to inform positioning, technology choices, and differentiation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of relevant industry business models, operating processes, and regulatory considerations across diverse ASEAN markets • Demonstrated ability to assess emerging technologies, changing customer expectations, regulatory shifts, and disruptive business models • Track record of guiding large-scale industry-themed transformation across business lines • Track record of developing trusted C-level relationships with key ASEAN customers and influencing technology investment decisions • Passion for AI through continuous learning, experimentation, and practical application • Deep expertise in at least one relevant AI area • Track record of personally building demos and prototypes for customer use cases • Deep practical knowledge of Salesforce technology • Experience designing, configuring, and building Salesforce solutions, demos, and prototypes across relevant clouds and industry capabilities • Architecture, data, integration, and implementation expertise • Experience synthesizing customer needs into prioritized product recommendations and influencing product roadmaps • Experience aligning partners and internal teams and mentoring technical talent • Strong understanding of Salesforce competitors, alternative platforms, architectural trade-offs, competitive pressures, emerging entrants, and differentiation opportunities • Clear communication and ability to build trust across customers, product management, technical teams, and partners • Relevant industry/technology experience; Director-level operation or equivalent leadership scope, executive influence, and track record • Deep industry credibility gained through senior technology/architecture leadership in an industry customer organization or senior technical/advisory roles within a technology or solutions vendor
