📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of backend services interacting with data pipelines and frontend web applications • Process millions of data workflows daily • Architect AI-based solutions for revenue forecasting problems • Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues • Perform root cause analysis and implement durable solutions • Design reusable backend application services, data integration capabilities, and developer tooling • Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices • Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and support teams • Build and evolve the core platform powering Salesloft products and scalable data processing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building reliable, scalable production software in Java/Go within microservice-based environments • Strong understanding of distributed systems and experience troubleshooting and operating production systems • Proven ability to improve system reliability, performance, and operational excellence, including incident resolution and root-cause analysis • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS • Solid experience with relational databases, PostgreSQL preferred, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, including data modeling and performance optimization • Demonstrated ability to use observability systems including metrics, logging, tracing, monitoring, and alerting • Experience with common Java/Go testing frameworks • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and support teams • Experience developing AI applications is a plus
