📋 Description

• Advise customers and manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers • Enable customers to achieve quick time to value from their investment • Own project management, including project plans, RAID logs, and governance meetings • Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for each business process • Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology • Resolve obstacles with executives and day-to-day system users across multiple use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time, potentially including overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role • Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred • Strong project management skills and ability to follow methodologies • 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products • 2+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and project management skills • Consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and software users • German fluency • Experience using AI or automation in customer success workflows preferred • Experience creating implementation methodologies and/or frameworks preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
