📋 Description

• Handle low-complexity legal matters, focusing on document analysis and drafting legal filings • Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings • Conduct legislative research and case law analysis • Assist in preparing reports and legal opinions • Ensure compliance with deadlines and the technical accuracy of legal processes • Provide initial client support under supervision • Review and analyze contracts, legal documents, and court settlements under guidance • Draft complaints, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under supervision • Gather relevant information for case management and advise clients on legal procedures • Contribute to the organization and efficiency of the firm and to the quality of legal deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at a law firm or legal department • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of procedural filings • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
