📋 Description

• Draft and file defenses in civil courts and Small Claims Courts in cases before the State and/or Federal Courts, in accordance with the client’s instructions, templates, and communications • Enter an appearance in proceedings when the firm has not yet been admitted, attaching the client’s corporate documents • Update the firm’s and client’s systems with the drafted pleading and filing receipt • Draft and file appeals and/or appeals in Small Claims Court matters, including payment and filing of the applicable appeal fee • Draft and file responses to appeals and/or objections to interlocutory appeals • Handle matters before the State and/or Federal Courts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience in high-volume litigation preferred • Experience with legal filing and petitioning
