📋 Description

• Analyze and review, under guidance, contracts, legal documents, and court settlements, assessing relevant clauses and terms to strengthen clients’ positions and minimize risks in cases of default • Prepare and draft initial complaints, answers, appeals, and other procedural filings under the supervision of Mid-Level or Senior Attorneys, meeting procedural deadlines and formal requirements • Provide initial client consultations, gathering relevant information for case management and advising clients on legal procedures • Handle low-complexity legal matters • Support legislative research, case law analysis, and the preparation of reports and legal opinions • Ensure compliance with deadlines and the technical accuracy of legal proceedings • Contribute to the firm’s organization and efficiency and to the quality of legal deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 6 months of experience through an internship or practical work at law firms or in-house legal departments • Knowledge of civil law and civil procedure • Legal research • Legal writing and drafting of procedural documents • Deadline and case management • Negotiation skills • Professional ethics
