📋 Description
• Analyze and draft pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals • Assist clients virtually via telephone and social media • Attend hearings and deliver oral arguments • Support client requests and address questions related to employment law
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Experience in corporate and business law • Reside in Porto Alegre • Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
