📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and consultancy across multiple areas, including civil, labor and corporate law • Act as a dispute resolution specialist, identifying and implementing alternatives to resolve problems • Provide legal support in general practice and debt recovery • Review and draft contracts • Represent clients in judicial and administrative proceedings • Mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance • Advise on critical decisions based on technical expertise • Develop efficient and customized legal solutions • Monitor and manage portfolios of judicial and administrative proceedings in coordination with clients • Guide the review and development of pleadings and legal documents • Prepare litigation and contingency reports using the firm’s system • Draft and execute highly complex legal instruments • Assess risks, conduct legal diagnoses and recommend legal alternatives • Develop and plan legal activities related to civil, criminal, social security and corporate legislation • Prepare legal studies and opinions related to various proceedings and to the law in general

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Business Law, Contract Law or Civil Law • Postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure or Labor Law are a plus • At least 6 months of experience in general legal practice and debt recovery • Proficiency in Civil, Contract, Business and Civil Procedural Law, Labor Procedure and Labor Law • Demonstrated experience managing complex civil, labor and administrative proceedings • Knowledge of civil and procedural law • Legal research skills • Strong legal writing and pleadings-drafting skills • Strong deadline and case-management skills • Negotiation skills and professional ethics
