📋 Description

• Draft legal pleadings and appeals • Advise and assist clients • Participate in employment hearings, with training and progressive development • Handle employment-law matters focused on representing banking employees

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Interest in practicing and developing expertise in employment litigation • Problem-solving, proactive, organized, and responsible profile • Strong learning ability and legal reasoning skills • Open to receiving feedback • Excellent communication and legal writing skills • Prior legal practice experience, regardless of practice area (preferred) • Strong procedural practice and hearing experience (preferred) • Knowledge of employment law (preferred) • Experience representing employees or handling matters involving banking employees (preferred)
