📋 Description
• Active and inbound negotiation of contracts in the Bank’s portfolio • Filing of settlement agreements • Updating systems (law firm and Bank Portal) • Case analysis • Preparing client reports • Providing information and support to the client • Handling general administrative requests submitted by the client
🎯 Requirements
• Completed undergraduate degree in Law • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Basic knowledge of civil procedure and court systems • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience in legal negotiations is a plus • Experience in customer-facing service is a plus
