📋 Description

• Conduct employment-law hearings (settlement, initial, single-session, and evidentiary hearings) • Draft pleadings and appeals at all stages of proceedings • Advise and support clients • Manage cases independently • Provide guidance to colleagues and clients who seek the professional’s advice

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Predominantly employment-law experience, focused on litigation • Experience representing claimants • Experience developing legal arguments, drafting pleadings, conducting evidentiary hearings, and advising clients • Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of cases • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic litigation systems • Leadership-oriented, proactive, responsible, and organized profile, with excellent verbal and written communication, strong learning ability, and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented mindset and commitment to a feedback culture • Experience representing employees in claims involving the banking sector is desirable • Technical leadership experience, expertise with legal expert examinations, and oral advocacy before appellate courts are considered assets • Postgraduate degree in Employment and Labor Procedural Law is desirable • Experience with legal software is desirable
