📋 Description

• Directly lead the team’s analysts, including conducting 1:1s, providing direct feedback, making allocation decisions, and hiring • Develop the team’s legal, analytical, technological, and AI fluency capabilities • Manage moderation operations results, including deadlines, SLAs, decision quality, and backlog • Organize the team’s workflow and independently make decisions on borderline and critical cases based on sound legal reasoning • Monitor key metrics, report results, and turn deviations into action plans • Align priorities with the Trust & Safety Product Manager and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Support, and Legal • Advance tools and automations and represent the team in leadership forums • Translate operational and Legal insights into product and technology decisions • Build and maintain AI agents for operations, including defining scope and auditing prompts • Ensure objective criteria and calibration among evaluators in QAs and audits • Assess launches, measure legal risk, and adjust prompts, models, or workflows • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the Moderation Policy and on the intersection of law, data, and AI • Continuously assess automation opportunities and prioritize productivity gains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Proven experience in people management • Experience in technology companies or in operations driven by metrics and targets • Data management skills, including critical analysis of dashboards and the development and monitoring of key metrics • Practical knowledge of generative AI and LLMs, with regular use in day-to-day work and the ability to structure and oversee automated legal evaluation workflows • Experience developing and tracking OKRs • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority
