📋 Description

• Participate in hearings • Draft appeals and strategic pleadings • Manage caseload • Represent clients in courts and monitor case progress • Negotiate settlements • Handle medium- and high-complexity judicial and administrative matters in Regulatory, Tax, Civil and Labor law • Prepare administrative defenses before regulatory agencies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and other supervisory bodies • Strategically manage contentious litigation

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • 5 to 10 years of professional experience • Extensive experience in hearings • Strong experience in Regulatory, Tax, Civil and Labor law • Expertise in medium- and high-complexity judicial and administrative matters • Experience preparing administrative defenses before regulatory agencies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and supervisory entities • Experience in the strategic management of contentious proceedings
