📋 Description

• Participate in hearings • Draft appeals and strategic pleadings • Manage caseload • Represent clients in courts and monitor proceedings • Negotiate settlements • Handle medium- and high-complexity judicial and administrative matters in Regulatory, Tax, Civil and Labor law • Prepare administrative defenses before regulatory agencies, the Public Prosecutor's Office and other oversight bodies • Strategically manage contentious litigation

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience in hearings • Strong experience in Regulatory, Tax, Civil and Labor law • Experience handling medium- and high-complexity judicial and administrative matters • Expertise in preparing administrative defenses before regulatory agencies, the Public Prosecutor's Office and oversight bodies • Law degree • Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience
