📋 Description

• Enter, monitor, and track procedural deadlines • Review and analyze legal publications, notices, and hearing minutes • Manage hearing schedules and process-related emails • Organize, manage, and update documents and case files • Prepare reports • Liaise with accountants and provide support with labor-law calculation routines • Practice focused on Employment Law, representing and defending employees in labor claims

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Experience in labor-law legal operations or legal administration • Experience at an employment law firm representing employees/claimants • Strong command of labor litigation deadlines, especially when representing employees/claimants • Ability to manage procedural deadlines • Proficiency in Excel and electronic litigation systems, along with strong logical reasoning skills • Detail-oriented, agile, diligent, analytical, operational, responsible, and organized professional with strong technology skills and experience collaborating with accountants, monitoring tasks, and managing workflows • Experience handling a high volume of legal publications (preferred) • Experience at employment law firms representing bank employees/claimants (preferred) • Postgraduate degree in Employment and Labor Procedural Law or courses in legal operations (preferred) • Advanced knowledge of legal management software, Autojur, automations, and bots (a plus)
