📋 Description

• Primarily handle general deadlines for the banking litigation portfolio • Conduct procedural and administrative analyses • Draft and file legal pleadings • Monitor matters and requests • Address outstanding issues • Update operational systems and tracking tools • Support portfolio activities, particularly the analysis and processing of litigation databases and campaigns • Update information and tracking records • Handle other operational requests from the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law • Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Previous experience in civil litigation and drafting legal pleadings • Organized profile with strong writing and legal analysis skills • Proficiency with systems and spreadsheets • Ability to manage a high volume of matters, maintain tracking controls, and meet deadlines • Experience in banking and/or high-volume litigation is preferred
